The competition encourages cities, towns and villages right across Northern Ireland to look their best, boosting civic pride through beautiful plant and floral displays.
Anti Bullying Week
We have been actively supporting Anti-Bullying Week for the last 10 years and this has assisted in the sharing of Anti-Bullying Week messages on trains and buses. Reinforcing public awareness of this is extremely important to us.
Belfast Marathon
The Belfast Marathon and Belfast Half Marathon are big dates in the Northern Ireland event calendar and we are the official transport partner.
Culture Night
Over the years we have supported transport themed events in the programme, such as Culture Night’s theme of Love we provided a Metro “love” bus where up and coming local musicians serenaded event goers on board.
EastSide Arts Festival
Translink and Eastside Arts Festival have had a long term successful relationship. Together we have delivered cultural delights such as Merry Busmass, Award Winning Come Glide with Me as well as the East West Comedy Tour.
Féile an Phobail
We have supported family friendly events such as the Teddy Bear’s Picnic, the Carnival, Party in the Park as well as supporting safe travel home from late night events.
NOIReland
NOIReland launched in October 2017 to celebrate the island’s love of crime fiction, from the writers who have influenced us, to our own award-winning novelists and international bestsellers.
Open House Festival
Open House is an independent music & arts charity that runs an annual summer festival for the month of August in the beautiful seaside town of Bangor.
