What is Expected of Panel Members?
Informal meetings are held online three times per year at an appropriate time via Microsoft Teams App with other panel members and Translink representatives. At each meeting, members have the opportunity to talk frankly and openly about the services and how they might be improved. Action points are noted at each meeting.
What we ask of members is to attend these meetings and also provide feedback on an ad-hoc basis anytime they feel there is an aspect of the service which is worth commenting on. The members’ feedback can quickly bring to our attention any shortfalls in service standards.
