Translink adheres to all aspects of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards for data security. For all online and mobile app payment processing, Translink partner with NMI. NMI are fully PCI compliant to the highest level of PCI (Level 1 certification).
What is PCI compliance?
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) are network security and business practice guidelines adopted by the card schemes such as Visa and MasterCard, to establish a security standard to protect customer’s payment card information. During the credit and debit card payment process via our website you will be redirected over a secure connection to NMI where you can securely enter your card details. Paying with PayPal
You can now use your PayPal account to pay online for tickets via our website and mobile app. This will avoid the hassle of entering card details, security code and 3D Secure. Just follow the “Pay with PayPal” option at the checkout. For purchases via our website you will be taken to a screen where you input your PayPal login details.
