Scheduled Ticketing System Upgrade - Please bear with us, we need a bit of downtime

Tuesday, 12th September at 8am until Thursday, 14th September at 9am

Translink will be upgrading its ticketing systems over the next 48 hours / during this time to ensure we maintain high quality performance, flexibility and convenience for our passengers.

During this downtime some services will be temporarily interrupted as follows:

  • Your contactless payment card or device should be accepted as normal for your journey during this planned downtime, however, please have cash or another valid Translink travel product available to pay for your travel if your contactless card or device is not accepted.
  • You may be unable to access your Translink online account on the customer portal to view your journeys, payment history and savings made (if applicable).
  • There may be a short delay in processing transactions so the date your payment appears on your bank / credit card statement will not be the same as the date you travelled. You will be able to log into your online account on the customer portal - https://mytranslinkaccount.cloudfare.co.uk -  once we are up and running again to check any charges made to your account and review your journey and transaction history.

Full service should be back 9am on Thursday, 14th September.
