Email confirmation of online bookings will be sent to the email address provided.
Customers will be required to present their confirmation email (printed or digital version) to the driver when boarding the vehicle.
Customers must be at their stop 10 minutes prior to the booked timetabled departure. In the event that you arrive at the stop after this time, your seat(s) will be released to other customers. Your online ticket will still be valid on a later service the same day, but without priority boarding and subject to seat availability
X1/X2/X2a/X5/X5a services are promotional web fares and are non-refundable.
Refunds are not permitted due to a positive Covid Test.
Refunds are not permitted due to flight cancellations, customers should claim from their airline/travel insurance for refunds of any unused tickets. If your flight is delayed your online ticket will still be valid on a later service the same day, but without priority boarding and subject to seat availability.
A ticket will not be issued for travel. Travel is permitted only on validation of QR code by the Driver.

Customers aged 16 years and over are charged an adult fare.
Children under 5 can travel free of charge, but are not allocated a seat on the coach.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 years or over on cross border bus services.
Children are required to prove their entitlement to the concession fare they have purchased online by presenting a Proof of Age Card to the driver if required.
Customers are required to prove their entitlement to the concession fare they have booked online by presenting a valid concession Smartpass when travelling.
Students are required to prove their entitlement to the student fare they have purchased online by presenting a valid Student Card to the driver. Translink yLink Travelcard, TFI Student Leap Card and TFI Young Adult (19-25) Leap Card are accepted. Full fare will be charged if not in possession of one of these.
Online sales close one hour prior to departure from originating station.

Standard refund policies apply to full fares. An administrative charge of 20% of the VALUE OF THE REFUND will be levied on all refunds. A minimum charge of £1.50 and a maximum of £5.00 will be applied.
Refund requests MUST be made prior to outward date and time of travel booked; refunds are not applicable to orders where the travel date has passed.
