Wheelchair & Scooter Users
Wheelchair Users
The majority of our services are accessible to wheelchair users. However restrictions do still apply. This is because of limited space provided in the design of new buses and trains and because not all our buses are accessible. You should be able to access our buses and trains easily if your wheelchair is up to 750mm wide, 1250mm long and 1350mm high.
Scooter Users
Translink is not required by law to carry mobility scooters on buses or trains but we recognise many smaller scooters can be accommodated on our services. Larger scooters, however, cannot access buses and trains.
Passengers who wish to travel with a mobility scooter on buses and trains must first obtain an approval sticker. Contact 028 9066 6630 [provide an email contact too] to arrange to have your scooter inspected before you travel.
Find opening times, staff hours, parking details, timetable and ticketing information, facilities and accessibility details for our bus and train stations and Park & Ride locations.
