Terms and Conditions Airport Tickets Collect at TVM

Below you will find terms and conditions for ticket vending machine airport tickets.

1. A valid buy online ticket for travel is produced by entering the Booking Reference Code at a Translink Ticket Vending Machine (TVM).  
2. The Booking Reference Code is provided on the buy online booking document and can only be redeemed at a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) at George Best Belfast City Airport or Europa Buscentre and not on any other Translink ticket machine. 
3. The Booking Reference Code must be redeemed by the customer at TVM before boarding the vehicle. 
4. The ticket produced for the customer is subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the operating company on which it is being used. 
5. Booking Reference Codes have a 6 month validity period from date of purchase and must be redeemed within that time period.

7. Without a valid ticket for travel you may be liable for a Penalty Fare of £50. See Our Refund Policy
