Terms and Conditions 600/652 Tickets

Below you will find the terms and conditions for service 600/652 tickets.

  1. A Single Ticket is valid for travel on the selected service for one journey between the chosen boarding stage and alighting stage.
  2. A Day Ticket is valid on both Glider and Metro services for travel anywhere, at any time on the Metro and Glider network for any one day.
  3. A valid buy online ticket for travel is produced by entering the Booking Reference Code at a Translink Ticket Vending Machine (TVM).
  4. The Booking Reference Code is provided on the buy online booking document and can only be redeemed on a TVM at Glider halts, Europa Bus Centre and Cairnshill P&R (652 only) and not on any other Translink ticket machine. 
  5. The Booking Reference Code must be redeemed by the customer on a TVM before boarding the vehicle.
  6. The ticket produced for the customer is subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the operating company on which it is being used.
  7. Booking Reference Codes have a 6 month validity period from date of purchase and must be redeemed within that time period.
  8. Single and Day Tickets are not refundable. See Our Refund Policy 
  9. Without a valid ticket for travel you may be liable for a Penalty Fare of £50. See Our Refund Policy
