Terms and Conditions 600/652 Tickets
Below you will find the terms and conditions for service 600/652 tickets.
- A Single Ticket is valid for travel on the selected service for one journey between the chosen boarding stage and alighting stage.
- A Day Ticket is valid on both Glider and Metro services for travel anywhere, at any time on the Metro and Glider network for any one day.
- A valid buy online ticket for travel is produced by entering the Booking Reference Code at a Translink Ticket Vending Machine (TVM).
- The Booking Reference Code is provided on the buy online booking document and can only be redeemed on a TVM at Glider halts, Europa Bus Centre and Cairnshill P&R (652 only) and not on any other Translink ticket machine.
- The Booking Reference Code must be redeemed by the customer on a TVM before boarding the vehicle.
- The ticket produced for the customer is subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the operating company on which it is being used.
- Booking Reference Codes have a 6 month validity period from date of purchase and must be redeemed within that time period.
- Single and Day Tickets are not refundable. See Our Refund Policy
- Without a valid ticket for travel you may be liable for a Penalty Fare of £50. See Our Refund Policy
