Improvements and Projects
Ballymoney Canopy Project
Translink is currently investing significantly into improving Northern Ireland’s railway network, including modernising our infrastructure, and enhancing our commitment to continuing the transformation of public transport as part of our Better. Connected strategy.
As a vital public service, we are committed to delivering high quality, sustainable, public transport that is crucial for the economic, social, and environmental wellbeing of our society. We help to keep people and communities connected, supporting, residents, businesses, visitors, and tourists alike.
Translink is also committed to maintaining and improving our rail infrastructure to deliver a high-quality public transport network – both now, and for future generations. As part of this, we are working to undertake essential canopy works at Ballymoney Train Station.
The Ballymoney Station Canopy Project involves essential repairs to the station canopies to ensure continued high safety standards.
During the course of the works, you may notice increased activity in the area. Scaffolding will be erected at certain locations for the duration of the project.
