THE TRANSLINK SPIRIT

Our Translink Spirit is vital to our business and central to who we are.  We rely on our people, and they make the difference. 

It’s their skills, knowledge and behaviours that ensure the success of Translink and help provide the best possible service for our customers.  To ensure we support our people to deliver their best, we are continuing to develop our processes, strategies and internal communications to support our employee engagement. 

 We take pride in the amazing Translink Spirit that employees show, both in their job roles and the work that people do above and beyond that.  

During 2022 our colleagues have raised funds and helped to support many local causes.  Colleagues from across the business have helped raise money for our charity partner Air Ambulance NI throughout the year.  Colleagues in Newry also raised money for Sands NI and helped support a clean-up of their local canal.   Fundraising continued with colleagues from Coleraine and the North West Transport Hub raising over £2,000 for Action Cancer.
