DRIVING TIP OF THE MONTH

Safety is our first priority, and also our biggest responsibility, collectively and as individuals. This is perhaps no more evident than on the road.  

Events such as road traffic collisions, passenger incidents, bus-on-bus collisions and staff incidents are reviewed by the management team every week. This is to identify trends, interventions required and learning outcomes. We have a highly trained, highly able group of drivers, but it is always useful to share experience, tips and reminders to keep skills and concentration high.

Our Bus Ops team has produced reminders to re-focus attention on different aspects of driving. Drivers are encouraged to look out for these and think about how they can apply them to their own performance while in service.
