To board the high floor coaches, there are steps up into the coach and a narrow gangway.

Wheelchair users or other customers with mobility aids that require more advice or help to plan their journey can ask for advice online or contact us for other ways to get in touch.

Cross Border Services

Wheelchair spaces can be reserved online when purchasing a ticket.

Bus Stops

We are aware that some bus stops need to be upgraded to be more accessible and  is working with the Department for Infrastructure, Road Service to progress this where the footpath allows.

Information about accessible Goldliner bus stops can be checked in advance using our Accessible Goldliner Bus Stop Check or contact us for more information.
