Temporary Service Disruption
As part of Translink’s ongoing migration of SmartPass bureau services to our new supplier, we are entering the next phase of the transition for the yLink and 24+ schemes.
To ensure a smooth migration and minimise disruption, services will be temporarily unavailable from Friday 31st October – Wednesday 19th November 2025.
- Applications can still be submitted at NIR stations but will not be processed from Friday 31st October – Wednesday 19th November 2025.
- Customers will not be able to apply for replacement 24+ cards.
- New mLink 24+ registrations will be unavailable during this time.
- Existing 24+ cards will continue to work as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we update our systems.
