- Concession SmartPass holders (Senior Citizens (65+), War Disabled, Blind Pass and ROI Senior SmartPass holders) can book single tickets online at no cost. You must present your valid concession SmartPass when travelling.
- Return tickets aren't available to book online for concession holders.
- eTickets can be bought online up to 60 minutes before the coach leaves the originating departure point.
