If you have booked your cross-border tickets online, you can use ‘Manage my Booking’ to change or cancel your booking. You can access your booking from the link in your confirmation email. The changes you can make depend on your fare type.
Online fares are subject to availability. If you are booking a 60+ fare, you must select Semi-Flexible or Plus fare options.
