  1. The competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  1. Employees of Translink and their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  1. Entry into the competition is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  1. The competition closing date and time will be specified in the relevant Facebook or Instagram competition post. Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be considered.
  1. Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
  1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  1. The winner(s) will be contacted using the method specified in the competition post. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of Translink making contact, Translink reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative unless otherwise agreed by Translink.
  1. Translink reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  1. Translink reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
  1. Translink accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise unable to be delivered or processed due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  1. Any entry containing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may be deemed invalid.
  1. Translink reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the validity of entries. Translink may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.
  1. Translink accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by entrants or third parties in connection with the competition.
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Translink shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  1. By entering the competition, entrants grant Translink the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display their entry content in connection with the competition and related promotional activity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  1. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed by Translink solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Translink's Privacy Policy.
  1. By entering the competition, winners agree that Translink may publish their first name, surname, county of residence, and any competition-related photographs or content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Entry into the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility relating to the competition.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
  1. Entrants must not use multiple accounts, automated methods, or any other means to artificially increase their chances of winning. Any such entries may be disqualified at Translink's sole discretion.
