Collect at TVMs - Terms and Conditions

Below you will find terms and conditions for tickets collected at Ticket Vending Machines.

Glider Single/Day Tickets

  1. A Single Ticket is valid for travel on both Glider and Metro services for one journey between the chosen boarding stage and alighting stage.
  2. A Day Ticket is valid on both Glider and Metro services for travel anywhere, at any time on the Metro and Glider network for any one day.
  3. A valid buy online ticket for travel is produced by entering the Booking Reference Code at a Translink Ticket Vending Machine (TVM).
  4. The Booking Reference Code is provided on the buy online booking document and can only be redeemed on a TVM at Glider halts and not on any other Translink ticket machine.
  5. The Booking Reference Code must be redeemed by the customer on a TVM before boarding the vehicle.
  6. The ticket produced for the customer is subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the operating company on which it is being used.
  7. Booking Reference Codes have a 6 month validity period from date of purchase and must be redeemed within that time period.
  8. Glider and Metro Single and Day Tickets are not refundable. See Our Refund Policy
  9. Without a valid ticket for travel you may be liable for a Penalty Fare of £50. See Our Refund Policy

Service 652 Tickets

  1. A Day Ticket is valid on both Glider and Metro services for travel anywhere, at any time on the Metro and Glider network for any one day.

Airport 600 Tickets

  1. A Single Ticket is valid for travel on Airport 600 services for one journey between the chosen boarding stage and alighting stage.
  2. A Return Ticket is valid for travel on Airport 600 services for return journey between the chosen boarding stage and alighting stage.
  3. A Day Ticket is valid on both Glider and Metro services for travel anywhere, at any time on the Metro and Glider network for any one day.
  4. A valid buy online ticket for travel is produced by entering the Booking Reference Code at a Translink Ticket Vending Machine (TVM).
