Temporary Service Disruption
As part of Translink’s ongoing migration of SmartPass bureau services to our new supplier, we are entering the next phase of the transition for the yLink and 24+ schemes.
To ensure a smooth migration and minimise disruption, services will be temporarily unavailable from Friday 31st October – Wednesday 19th November 2025.
yLink Scheme
- The yLink portal will be unavailable from Friday 31st October – Wednesday 19th November 2025 .
- Customers will not be able to apply for first-time or replacement yLink cards.
- New mLink yLink registrations will be unavailable during this time.
- Existing yLink cards will continue to work as normal.
