Enterprise Travel to Ireland Cricket, 3rd, 5th, 9th, 11th, 15th, 17th & 19th May 2019

The following scheduled Enterprise services will stop at Malahide on the above dates;

  • 0645 and 0800 (0900 on Sunday) Enterprise services from Belfast Lanyon Place, calling at Portadown and Newry will make a special stop at Malahide for those attending the match.
  • The 1650, 1900 and 2050 (1900 ONLY on Sunday) Enterprise services from Dublin Connolly will also stop at Malahide for the return journey. Passengers should be at Malahide Station for 1650, 1900 and 2050.
  • Enterprise tickets available to book online at: ...Customers should select ‘Dublin’ as their destination on the online booking page....Regular Enterprise tickets are also on sale from the following stations: Belfast Lanyon Place, Portadown and Newry.
Lift Maintenance - Lanyon Place, Bangor, Botanic and Yorkgate

Essential lift maintenance work is scheduled for a number of NIR stations.  These works will enhance lift reliability and replace safety critical functions.

This requires the lift/s to be out of commission during these times.

Those stations affected are listed below along with time frames of which these lifts will not be in use. 

  • Bangor: 10th-20th June*
  • Botanic: 29th April - 2nd May*
  • Lanyon Place: 29th April - 2nd May*  and 10th June - 20th June*
  • Yorkgate: 25th May - 29th May*


Passengers are requested to travel to another NIR station where possible.  For passengers that cannot travel via another station, please give 24 hours notice prior to travel by contacting the Contact Centre on 02890666630

Enterprise Bus Substitutions 20, 21 & 22 April & 4, 5 & 6 May 2019

There will be a bus substitution on the Belfast / Dublin line on Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st, *Monday 22nd April and Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th & *Monday 6th May 2019.

The bus substitutions will be between Dublin Connolly & Drogheda (both ways)....trains will still operate between Drogheda and Belfast Lanyon Place.

Trains from Belfast will depart as timetabled...Bus substitution will depart Dublin at published train times...Train times from Drogheda to Belfast Central will be revised...Passengers should expect delays of up to 30 minutes on arrival times at Dublin Connolly and Belfast Central.

*On Monday 22nd April & Monday 6th May the only train affected will be the 07:35 Dublin to Belfast service - again bus sub from Dublin to Drogheda then the train to Belfast...all other trains on this date will operate as per timetable.

(2235 Portadown to Bangor will depart Portadown at 2245 and operate 10 mins later throughout on Saturday 20/4 & Saturday 5/5)

Portadown Rail Station Park and Ride - from Monday 27th August 2018

To facilitate improvements and expansion of the park and ride at Portadown Train Station, the park and ride will be closed from Monday 27 August 2018 for approximately 12 weeks. 

A new larger, additional, Park & Ride facility with cycle storage is available at Corcrain Road, with passenger access to the train station via Obins Street entrance.  Please allow extra time to get your train.

For the benefit of customers, increased accessible parking is available at Portadown Train Station (main entrance). 

Belfast Lanyon Place (Central Station) Car Park Information 
Due to essential works being undertaken there may be some disruption to passengers using Lanyon Place (Central Station) car park until further notice...please allow additional time for your journey.
