Diversity Mark
Translink were successful in obtaining The Bronze Diversity Charter Mark, this followed an assessment process ensuring that we have reached the required standard to advancing Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. This ‘Mark of Progress’ is important to Translink as it demonstrates our commitment to promoting female representation and building a positive inclusive culture. The structure of annual reporting also enables us to measure performance and continuously review our approach.
Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme
Translink are corporate members of Stonewall’s Diversity Champions Programme, we joined to demonstrate our commitment to building a more inclusive workplace for our LGBT+ colleagues and ensure our approach would meet the needs of this community.

Women In Business
Women In Business is Northern Ireland’s largest and fastest growing business support network for Women. All of our employees benefit from this membership and are provided the opportunity to sign-up to avail of a range of events to support their personal and professional development.
Employee led Networks
To build on Translink’s inclusive culture we have two employee networks, supported by an Executive level Diversity Champion:
LGBT+ Network
We have an LGBT+ network of allies and LGBT+ colleagues who provide peer support and advise the business on how to develop an inclusive culture.
Network to Support Females
We have a Network to support females, this team work together to support females in the workplace and encourage others to join Translink and develop their careers.
