Coach Specials Terms and Conditions
- Special Day Return Fares are only available online and are sold on a non-refundable basis.
- Customers aged 16 years and over are charged an adult fare. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Further concessions are not available for students, Senior Citizens, War Disabled, ROI Senior SmartPass or Half Fare Concession pass holders.
- Bookings can only be made online. Tickets are not available from the driver.
- Email confirmation of online bookings will be sent to the email address provided. This email confirmation is your e-ticket for your journey. Please always check your email accounts to see if any changes have been made to this bus special. Translink cannot be responsible for customers who have been informed of potential changes and not checked their emails.
- Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a booking has been made travel details cannot be changed.
- Refunds are not permitted due to a positive Covid Test.
- Customers may be required to quote their booking reference when boarding.
- Travel is not permitted on any other Ulsterbus service or date other than on the service time and date booked.
- Subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book as early as possible.
- Special single fares are not available.
- Translink operates a no alcohol and no smoking policy on all of its coach services.
- Passengers are required to arrive back to the coach a minimum of 15 minutes before departure.
- All other normal conditions of carriage apply.
- Special fares are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
