 incorrectly identify our response as junk e-mail. Please check your junk e-mail folder regularly to make sure your PIN Response has not been moved there.

If you have set your Hotmail Junk E-Mail Filter to delete Junk e-mail messages without ever being delivered to your Junk E-mail folder then you should  add the mail address marketing@translink.co.uk to your Safe List on the Hotmail Options page.
