  1950s Autumn Gold
Shake Off the 20th Century!

Winnock Hotel Breaks

The Winnock Hotel is steeped in history dating back to the 18th century when it was a bustling Coaching Inn and Smithy (blacksmiths). Reported sightings in the hotel include a grey lady and a young blacksmith’s apprentice.

This package incorporates a good deal of walking and guests must be of a reasonable fitness level.

Day 1 - Thursday

Your hosts greet you with a welcome drink after you have settled into your rooms for your four night stay. Dinner this evening is a candle lit four-course affair.

Hotel:

Winnock Hotel, Drymen AA*** (3 nights)

Day 2 - Friday

Your first Scottish breakfast is followed by a day excursion to experience the wonderful autumn colours of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Afternoon tea is served on your return to the hotel, and following dinner we feature our 1950’s tribute singer where you can dance to some of your favourite 50’s ballads.

Day 3 - Saturday

Your full day excursion today takes you to the seaside town of Oban. En-route we make time to visit the Royal Burgh town of Inveraray. After dinner tonight you can dance the night away to our ‘50’s Disco.

Day 4 - Sunday

After breakfast today’s full day excursion includes a cruise on the Lady of the Loch. Dinner is followed by a Bingo evening.

Day 5 - Monday

A full Scottish breakfast to start our final day is followed by a hot toddy and a piper to bid you farewell. We retrace our outward journey and arrive back at the Europa Buscentre around 5.00pm
