We leave the Europa Buscentre at 6.30am to catch the early morning HSS to Stranraer. From there we drive north to Dunkeld, in Perthshire, where the Lowlands meets the Highlands. Settle in before joining the party for a champagne reception with carol singers, followed by dinner in the restaurant at 8.00pm.

Transport is provided for anyone wishing to attend the Watchnight service in the Cathedral (and again tomorrow for Christmas mass in the Catholic Church). The night concludes with mince pies near midnight.

Christmas Day After breakfast relax in the glow of log fires and old world Christmas atmosphere - weather permitting you might enjoy a stroll in the grounds or, if you prefer to stay indoors, there is always the hotel’s leisure complex. There is a festive cream tea in mid-afternoon and then, at 7.00pm, Christmas Dinner, with all the traditional trimmings is served, followed by music and entertainment.

After another late breakfast we have a short coach tour, venturing a little further into the Highlands before returning to Dunkeld in time for our final festive dinner, followed in true Scottish style, by a Christmas Ceilidh.

We leave Dunkeld after breakfast and return to Stranraer where we catch the afternoon HSS sailing to Belfast. We arrive back at the Europa Buscentre at around 5.00pm, in good time for your onward journey home.
