Great Yarmouth is one of UK’s most popular seaside resorts, offering miles of sandy beaches, a proud maritime heritage and quality accommodation. All around the town are charming villages set in the beautiful rural surroundings of the Norfolk Broads, and just half an hour away is the historic city of Norwich.

Day 1 - Sunday

From Belfast we travel to Scotland by HSS and then proceed by coach to our overnight hotel near Leeds.

Day 3 - Tuesday

After breakfast we travel the short distance (about half an hour) to the ancient city of Norwich - famous for its cathedrals, castles and the largest 6-day open air market in Britain.

We spend the day exploring the narrow streets and alleys with time for lunch before returning to the coast in late-afternoon.

Day 4 - Wednesday

Free day to get to know Great Yarmouth.

Day 5 - Thursday

We explore the Suffolk Coast as far as the charming seaside town of Southwold, an area of outstanding beauty.

In the afternoon we travel inland to Bressingham where we visit the marvellous gardens and Steam Museum (tram rides available).

Our return journey to Great Yarmouth takes us through Bungay and Gorleston-on-Sea.

Day 6 - Friday

We leave the coast this morning and commence our homeward journey through the Norfolk Broads. At lunchtime we make an extended stop at the Springfield Festival Gardens, home to a new outlet shopping centre.

Later, if we don’t spend too much time in Springfield, we pass through Robin Hood’s Sherwood Forest before arriving at our overnight hotel near Leeds.
