The British Formula 1 Grand Prix at Silverstone is a well established part of the Short Breaks sports programme. It includes Practice Day admission, super reserved Grandstand seats for Race Day and, of course, coach transfers throughout.
Day 1 - Friday
We leave Belfast on the early morning Stena HSS and travel south from Scotland to our hotel in Leicester. Dinner is served after arrival and there is a chance to try the superb leisure facilities at the hotel’s LivingWell Health Club, or just enjoy the pre-race atmosphere in the hotel bar.
After an early breakfast the coach takes us down the M1 to our first day at Silverstone. The excitement builds towards tomorrows race with practice laps from the world’s top Formula 1 drivers. The coach will return to the hotel in time for dinner in the evening.
Day
3 - Sunday - The British Grand Prix
Following another early breakfast, it’s straight to the track for the big event. With reserved grandstand seats arranged, sit back and soak up the atmosphere as the countdown begins. Watch the tension build as the start approaches - with the green light the race is underway!
After an eventful day, the coach returns to the hotel for dinner, and post-race analysis at the bar!
Day
4 - Monday
After breakfast the coach departs the Midlands, retracing our outward journey to Stranraer, arriving back in Belfast around 10.00pm.
