When it comes to a seaside holiday with sandy beaches, amusements and live entertainment, Blackpool still attracts more visitors than any other English resort. People come to enjoy the Tower, the piers and trams and, away from the prom, the more tranquil gardens, fountains and boating lake of Stanley Park.
From September Blackpool takes on an extra sparkle, when its famous ‘Illuminations’ light up the sea-front.
Easter Break (5 Days)
Day 1 - Friday
We leave the Europa Buscentre at 6.30am and catch the early Stena HSS to Stranraer arriving in Blackpool in mid-afternoon.
The Elgin is located on the Queen’s Promenade, a great location from which to enjoy all the fun of the Easter week-end, in England’s most popular seaside resort. (There is a coach trip to Cleveley’s Markets on Saturday morning).
Day 5 - Tuesday
We leave Blackpool around mid-day, retrace our outward journey, and arrive back at the Europa Buscentre around 10.00pm.
Summer (6-8 Days)
Day 1 - Sunday
From Belfast we travel to Scotland on the early morning HSS and proceed to our hotel in Blackpool, arriving in mid afternoon.
Cleveley’s Market this morning with an afternoon free in Blackpool.

4 - Wednesday
A day trip to Southport today - another popular Lancashire seaside resort just an hour’s drive south.
Day
5 - Thursday
A day trip to Chester today, with a call at Cheshire Oaks Outlet Centre en-route.
Day
6 - Friday
6-day tours: return home today, leaving Blackpool around mid-day and arriving back in Belfast around 10.00pm.
8-day tours: enjoy another free day in Blackpool today.
Day
7 - Saturday
There is an optional day trip to Oswaldtwistle Mills today (at no extra cost) with a guided tour of the heart of Lancashire.
Day
8 - Sunday
We leave Blackpool immediately after breakfast today and commence our return journey, this time via the Lake District and arriving in Belfast around 10.00pm.
