Falmouth Beach Hotel is situated right on the water’s edge with clear views over the bay. Outside there is a sun terrace and a beach; inside you have a spectacular swimming pool and leisure complex (sauna, jacuzzi, beauty salon etc), a stylish restaurant, an intimate bar and bedrooms which provide every comfort you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

On top of all this you have Cornwall - a pleasant climate, a rugged coastline and a colourful maritime history of seafarers and smugglers. Together you have the recipe for a memorable, thoroughly relaxing holiday.

Day 1 - Saturday

We travel south to Dun Laoghaire where we catch the late morning HSS to Holyhead. From here we proceed through North Wales to our overnight hotel in the West Midlands.

Hilton Bromsgrove ****
(1 Night)

Day 2 - Sunday

The M5 runs from Birmingham all the way to Exeter, which speeds our journey to Cornwall. We continue to the south-west tip of Britain where we check into our hotel on the water’s edge, in Falmouth.

BW Falmouth Beach Resort Hotel ***
(5 Nights)

Day 3 - Monday
Falmouth
Today is completely free to relax - by the pool, on the beach - nothing to do and all day to do it!

Day 4 - Tuesday
Land's End

Today our first stop is at Penzance, where we spend the morning. We visit Land’s End in the afternoon, with the opportunity to explore the cliff-side walks before returning to our hotel in time to relax before dinner.

Day 5 - Wednesday
The Eden Project and Padstow

Nestled in a crater overlooking the English Channel is the Eden Project. This dramatic global garden is our first stop today. We then cross the narrow strip of land to the Atlantic coast where we spend lunch-time and the afternoon in Padstow, the beautiful fishing village made famous by TV chef Rick Stein.

Day 6 - Thursday
St. Ives

St Ives is a beautiful seaside town much loved by artists. There is time for a visit to the Tate Gallery, or you may, of course, prefer to just amble around and enjoy the views.

We return to Falmouth in early afternoon to enjoy the hotel’s facilities and relax on our last full day in Cornwall.

Day 7 - Friday

We leave Falmouth this morning and commence our homeward journey travelling to the Midlands and our final hotel in Stoke.

Holiday Inn, Stoke ***
(1 Night)

Day 8 - Saturday

The last leg of our journey takes us through North Wales to Holyhead, where we board the afternoon ferry for our sailing back to Dublin Port. We are expected back in Belfast around 7.30pm.
