Prosecution Guidelines for Bus Drivers


The following prosecution guidelines are intended for Metro and Ulsterbus staff.

Most bus journeys pass without incident, but unfortunately not all. We take seriously the issues of passenger behaviour and driver protection.

This guide is to help drivers deal with difficult situations which may arise. It covers key issues from the regulations relating to passenger behaviour on PSV vehicles.
