Translink's award winning Easibus service is a service designed to meet the needs of all the community. Operating in Belfast by Citybus and in Derry and Bangor by Ulsterbus, these services are designed to make it easier for people to use public transport services.

Concessionary Fare Information
A number of concession fares are available on Translink services including:-
Concession Fares for Senior Citizens
Holders of concession passes are entitled to 50% reduction of the normal single or return fare on regular scheduled services. Pass holders are also eligible for travel free of charge on Cross-Border bus and rail services. The concessions are available to all persons over the age of 65 years and resident in Northern Ireland and to persons in receipt of War Disablement Pensions, irrespective of age. To avail of concession fares for senior citizens, persons eligible must first obtain a Concession Fare Pass.

Please Note! Free Travel for Senior Citizens from 1st October 2001
From 1st October 2001 senior citizens aged 65 and over who are resident in Northern Ireland can travel free of charge on any Translink bus or rail service within Northern Ireland. Senior Citizens who are not already in possession of a concessionary pass are being encouraged to apply in advance of 1st October for their concession pass. Current senior concession pass holders do not need to reapply.
Concession Travel for Blind Persons
Holders of Blind Persons Passes may travel free of charge on regular scheduled services for journeys made between points within Northern Ireland. Pass holders are also eligible for travel free of charge on Cross-Border bus and rail travel under the same scheme as senior citizens. The concession applies to all persons resident in Northern Ireland who are on the register of Blind Persons held by the local offices of the Health and Social Services Board. To avail of concession fares for Blind Persons, eligible persons must first obtain a Blind Persons Pass.
