Our staff
We know how important it is that you receive an efficient service from our staff at all times. Our staff are our greatest strength and have the opportunity to make a positive difference to your journey. So, we expect our staff to:
- be professional, polite and helpful;
- consider your safety and comfort;
- deal with any problems immediately;
- wear their uniform;
- wear an identification badge with either their name or personal number on it;
- not smoke when they are driving a bus or dealing with you; and
- give you the cheapest ticket for your journey.
