NI Railways Puts On Additional Services For International Rugby Fans
12 November 2008:
NI Railways is putting on additional train services on Saturday 22nd November for rugby fans travelling to see Ireland v Argentina battle it out in Croke Park, Dublin.
Outward journeys include a 09.05hrs and 09.25hrs departure from Belfast Central stopping off in Lisburn, Lurgan, Portadown and Newry. Return journeys from Dublin Connolly Station depart at 18.20hrs and 19.18hrs.
The Rugby Special Train Services are currently available to book and buy online at www.translink.co.uk/rugby or can be purchased at selected railway stations including: Belfast Central, Lisburn Lurgan, Portadown and Newry.
Each passenger will receive an individual Rugby Special Ticket which must be presented in conjunction with Boarding Card also received. Online booking must be made at least 3 working days prior to travel.
Normal Enterprise scheduled services will also operate as well as the special discounted Enterprise web fare. For further information click www.translink.co.uk or call 028 9066 6630.
