Lisburn’s 60 council officials celebrate free public transport perk: Translink Route Manager South Gerry McAtarsney (far left) and District Controller Jim McCauley (far right) help (l-r) Cllr Bettie Campbell, Mayor of Lisburn City Council Ronnie Crawford and Cllr Gardner Watson make use of their 60 Smartpasses, starting with the state-of-the-art services and facilities at Lisburn Buscentre, that will entitle all people aged 60 and over to free public transport use across Northern Ireland.
