29th Ulster in Bloom Competition rewards ‘blossoming’ Gardeners from Belfast

Pictured at the plaque presentation of the 29th annual Translink Ulster in Bloom competition are Paula McAleese, Belfast in Bloom Officer, Alan Jones, Parks Manager Belfast City Council, Cllr. Mrs Margaret McKenzie, High Sheriff Belfast City Council, Alderman Arnold Hatch, Northern Ireland Local Government Association (NILGA), Catherine Mason, Group Executive of Northern Ireland Transport and Holding Company (NITHC) and Orla Farren, Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB). Belfast won in the city category.
