Louise Scott, Brand Manager for Translink said, “We want to provide Easter fun for all the family. On the Easter Monday Specials we will have entertainment on board including face painting and balloon modelling for all those Easter bunnies. Tickets for these special services must be purchased in advance from main stations so we would encourage passengers to book early to avoid disappointment.”
“This year we have also introduced the Family Day Ticket for St Patrick’s Day and during the school holidays at Easter. From Monday 17 March until Sunday 30 March 2008 the Family Day Ticket, priced at £17.50 per family will offer unlimited travel for up to 2 adults and 4 children on any scheduled bus or rail service within Northern Ireland.”
“We would also remind our passengers that for even more value, the 1/3 off rail day returns off peak fare offer continues – this combination of new and continuing promotions means that shoppers and day-trippers have every reason to get out and about this Easter”. She concluded.
