Get a little ‘Eggstra’ at Easter with Goldline!

25th February 2008:

With St Patrick’s Day and the Easter holidays just around the corner Hannah and Justin enjoy a day out at the Mourne Mountains, Newcastle as a result Translink’s ‘Get Up and Goldline’ Day Return for just £5 return for adults and £2.50 return for children to many destinations across Northern Ireland.

With St Patrick’s Day and the Easter holidays just around the corner Translink are urging Northern Ireland to ‘Get Up and Goldline’ for just £5 return for adults and £2.50 return for children to many destinations across Northern Ireland.

This fantastic offer allows passengers to explore and take advantage of a special low rate for day return trips. Everyone can make the most of their Easter and St Patrick’s break, and visit one of Northern Ireland’s tourist attractions - a beautiful walk in the Mountains of Mourne, a trip to the St Patrick’s visitor centre in Downpatrick, the lakes in Fermanagh or Giant’s Causeway on the Antrim coast – somewhere to roll your Easter Eggs!

Carol Marsden, Brand Manager for Translink, comments, “Goldline allows everyone to make the most of their Easter or St Patrick’s Day holidays. From families, couples or a girlie day out! A group of four adults and two children can travel from Belfast to Enniskillen or Coleraine, for only £25 return. This special reduced fare on Goldline services, is available to purchase Monday to Thursday from 9.30am, and makes Goldline the perfect way to enjoy a day out in Northern Ireland this Easter.”

Translink would also like to remind passengers that the special offer will end on Thursday 27th March.
