Translink Staff Take on New Roles As Part of National Customer Services Week!

4 October 2006

Andrea Mc Court call centre supervisor and Eamon feeny mero bus inspector swap roles for the day as part of national customer services week 2nd-8th october 2006

Andrea McCourt, Translink Call Centre Supervisor and Eamonn Feeney, Metro Bus Inspector swap roles for the day as part of National Customer Services Week, 2nd – 8th October 2006.

The duo were part of a wider scheme operated between Translink’s Call Centre and Metro’s Inspectors which aimed to identify possible improvements to existing customer services practices through the job exchange scheme.

The week has provided staff with the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of each others customer facing roles. It will also reinforce how important communication between different departments is, in order to provide all our passengers with the most accurate information and provide the highest levels of customer service possible!
