‘Railroad’ raises £1000 for Disability Action.

19 December 2005

Translink’s staff charity, ‘Railroad’, has helped raise a remarkable £1000 for Disability Action. The money was raised through personal donations from NI Railways, Ulsterbus and Metro staff and will be used to purchase 3 licences for 'Zoomtext' software for use by those with visual impairment.

Pictured trying out the software from left to right are: Gary McGladdery and Nicky Walker, ICT Project Co-ordinators with Disability Action and Lorna Leathem, Chief Clerk Craigavon Depot, Translink.
