Double Whammy Success for Ulsterbus Tours!

Ulsterbus Tours has done it again; the company has been voted ‘Best Coach Tour Operator 2004’ for the second time in as many years, at the Northern Ireland Travel & Tourism Awards held on Friday (15 October).

“This is a great achievement, we pride ourselves on providing a high quality service to a range of destinations across Europe, UK and Ireland; we feel sure that this has contributed to our on-going success and why the majority of our customers choose to holiday with us again and again,” explained David Leathem, Translink’s Travel Centre Manager.
Commenting on the success Mr Leathem continued; “We endeavor to listen to what our customers want and to this end we regularly review our tour destinations, next year (2005) will see an increase of tour departures by 20%. We have also introduced a number of seasonally designed breaks for Christmas and Valentines as well as those based around sports, leisure or music concerts. This award is particularly significant because over 400 local Travel Agents voted for Ulsterbus Tours over competitors from across Northern Ireland and the UK. ” He concluded.
