A Change of Jobscene!
Translink, Northern Ireland’s third largest employer, say they have experienced extremely high levels of interest from individuals who attended the Jobscene Careers Fair, held at the Odyssey Arena last week. The event was aimed at highlighting career opportunities to everyone from school leavers to professionals seeking to progress or change careers.
Among them were students Moira Corr, Elisha McNulty and Paula Carey from St Patrick’s College Dungannon pictured with Translink’s Joe McCrisken at the careers fair.
Alan McCully Translink’s Personnel Manager explained; “The fair was a great success and helps to change people’s attitudes to the company. When people think of Translink they automatically think of bus and train driving, while we do offer those career paths, opportunities also lie in careers in marketing, finance, engineering, human resources, operations and IT; to name but a few.”
