How to Obtain Information
Information on Translink services can be obtained in a variety of ways, namely:
- Website: www.translink.co.uk
Translink’s website contains a wide variety of information on its services. The site, which was designed in consultation with disability organisations provides up to date timetable information as well as the company’s latest developments to improve access to services for all its customers.
- Telephone Call Centre
The Call Centre provides information on all Translink servcies from 0700 - 2000, seven days a week. Telephone 028 9066 6630. Alternatively, passengers can telephone their local bus or rail station.
- Textphone
For people who are deaf or hard of hearing: textphone facilities are available in the Translink Call Centre: Phone: 028 9038 7505 (office hours only).
- RNID typetalk system
This can also be used to contact local bus and rail stations. Textphone users dial 18001 followed by full telephone number.
- Translink Travel Centre (Holidays & Excursions)
Call: 028 9033 7004, Textphone 028 9033 7020 (only for deaf or hard of hearing people).

- Timetables
Timetables are available in alternative formats on request. Please ask your local bus or rail station or write to the Marketing Department, Translink, Central Station, East Bridge Street, Belfast, BT1 3PB.
- Large Print
Large print timetable sheets are available on request from Translink stations.
- Translink staff are also issued with note pads to communicate with deaf or hard of hearing people. Additionally, information will be made available in alternative formats on request.
