- Promotional fare subject to availability.
- A promotional voucher will be posted next working day, first class. Translink accept no responsibility for vouchers lost or delayed in the post. If you have not received your voucher within 2 clear working days of booking contact Translink Call Centre (028 90 66 66 30) Failure to produce a voucher at the ticket desk will result in a full fare charge.
- Voucher entitles bearer to redeem promotional ticket at departure station ticket office. (Day Return Web Fare)
- Ticket(s) can ONLY be obtained from selected ticket office at station of origin printed on voucher.
- Passengers are advised to redeem their voucher no later than 20 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
- Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed at departure station ticket office on day of travel.
- You must present BOTH a valid ticket and voucher for travel prior to boarding and retain each for BOTH outward and return journeys.
- Promotional tickets are NOT valid for services other than specified on voucher. Passengers travelling on unspecified services are liable to be charged the appropriate full single fare.
- Promotional tickets are ONLY VALID if voucher counterfoil is attached.
- Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Vouchers will not be refunded or exchanged
- Vouchers are not transferable
- Travel details on voucher cannot be changed
- Booking must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to travel
- Rail Travel tickets do not guarantee seats which are allocated on a "first come" basis.
- On-board upgrades to 1st Plus are subject to availability and will be charged at the standard non-promotional rate.
- This offer is a web fare and is only available through translink.co.uk - The fare is NOT available through NIR stations
- Normal conditions of carriage apply.
