Charity Partner - Action Mental Health

We are delighted to have Action Mental Health onboard as our Charity Partner.

This is a great partnership for Translink because travelling by bus and train has been shown to support good mental health!

Using the bus and train gives people more 'me time ' to relax, read, and socialise. There is also usually an associated walk or cycle to the bus stop or train station, encouraging more active travel which boosts mental well-being compared to driving.

In addition, access to public transport helps many people feel less isolated and can often be a lifeline for many to lead more active, independent lives, supporting good mental health.
