What is Expected of Panel Members?
Informal meetings with light refreshments are held three times per year at an appropriate time and venue with other panel members and Translink representatives. At each meeting, members have the opportunity to talk frankly and openly about the services and how they might be improved. Action points are noted at each meeting.

What we ask of members is to attend these meetings and also fill in a brief feedback form on an ad-hoc basis anytime they feel there is an aspect of the service which is worth commenting on. The members’ feedback can quickly bring to our attention any shortfalls in service standards.
