What is Ulsterbus urby?
Urby is the perfect travel solution for the modern commuter that connects those living on the periphery of Belfast with the City Centre.
The new popular, accessible urby vehicles offer comfy leather seats, USB charging points and free Wi-Fi.
Service benefits include:
- frequent services
- reliable journeys
- greater connections
- faster journeys
- modern new vehicles
These vehicles are inspired by our ‘smarter’ travellers living outside the city and looking for a better way to commute and connect with the city, seeking more ‘me time’ and boosting an active and healthier travel option, compared to the car. Ulsterbus urby operates on busy commuter routes including Ballyclare and Newtownards, and Park and Ride routes from Black’s Road, Sprucefield and Cairnshill.
We will be trialling the new Ulsterbus urby on services between Hillsborough and Dromore from the 4th February to 1st March 2019.
The 651a morning trial services will depart Dromore (Iveagh Terrace) at 0705 and 0720 and Hillsborough (War Memorial) at 0715 and 0735.
The 651a afternoon trial services will depart Europa Buscentre at 1605, 1650 and 1735.
Our team will be on the trial services in the coming weeks to hear your feedback on urby.
