NOTES TO EDITORS:

Existing  timetable for passengers departing Ballymoney remains unchanged.
The £12.5 million Londonderry Railway Line Upgrade project includes a period of track closure from Ballymena to Coleraine from March 30 – June 28 2009 to facilitate essential track relay work and take advantage of more favourable working conditions at this time of year.
The major engineering project aims to offer faster, more comfortable journeys, maintain high safety standards, improve drainage and remove current speed restrictions so that trains can run at the optimum 70mph along the line.
